Last updated: August 6, 2026

BMS-specific notice. This document applies only to Beka's Marketing System and its services at marketing.bekassupplycompany.com. It does not govern other Beka's Supply Company websites, products, or operations.

1. Who operates BMS

Beka's Marketing System ("BMS," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing platform operated by Beka's Supply Company, LLC. Questions or privacy requests about BMS may be sent to info@bekassupplycompany.com.

2. Information BMS collects

Depending on how you use BMS, we may collect:

  • Account information, such as your name, business email, organization, authentication details, and role.
  • Campaign and production information, including briefs, goals, audiences, product information, uploaded assets, revisions, approvals, schedules, and generated or delivered media.
  • Workspace and usage information, including production jobs, usage events, plan limits, support communications, and audit records.
  • Billing information, such as subscription status, transaction references, and payment-provider customer identifiers. BMS does not store full payment-card numbers; payment information is handled by our payment provider.
  • Connected-platform information, such as authorized social or advertising account identifiers, profile information, permissions, access credentials, content metadata, and publication status when you choose to connect a platform.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser or device data, session information, timestamps, and security or server logs.

3. How BMS uses information

We use information to:

  • provide, authenticate, maintain, and improve the BMS platform;
  • organize campaigns, produce media, manage approvals, and deliver work;
  • connect to third-party channels and publish or schedule content when an authorized user directs BMS to do so;
  • administer subscriptions, usage limits, billing, and customer support;
  • protect accounts, investigate misuse, and maintain operational records;
  • comply with law and enforce BMS agreements; and
  • communicate about the service and material policy changes.

4. Artificial intelligence and customer content

BMS may use local artificial-intelligence systems or authorized service providers to help analyze campaign inputs and create marketing outputs, depending on the customer's configuration and approved workflow. BMS does not use confidential customer content to train shared or general-purpose models unless the customer separately and explicitly opts in. Customers remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs before approval or publication.

5. When BMS shares information

We may share information:

  • with hosting, authentication, payment, production, security, and support providers that help us operate BMS;
  • with social, advertising, or publishing platforms when an authorized user connects an account or directs a platform action;
  • with collaborators an authorized customer adds to its workspace;
  • when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety;
  • in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards; or
  • with your direction or consent.

BMS does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide BMS, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Retention varies by information type and account status. When information is deleted, residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or security records until they expire through ordinary system processes.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect BMS information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information in BMS and may disconnect a connected platform through the platform or BMS when that control is available. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, or appeal a decision about a request, when applicable law provides those rights. Send requests to info@bekassupplycompany.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

9. Children

BMS is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through BMS.

10. International processing

BMS and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate mechanisms for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as BMS changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required.
